Family Constellations are an experiential process that reveals hidden dynamics within our family systems and within ourselves. The work brings inherited burdens, unresolved experiences, unconscious loyalties, and inner divisions into view, including those that may keep us looping in limiting patterns and beliefs.
When what has been hidden is seen, acknowledged, and returned to its rightful place, greater freedom, connection, peace, clarity, and movement in life can emerge.
What makes Megan’s approach shamanic?
Megan’s shamanic approach works through The Field to bridge the human and spirit realms. Within this space, we communicate and work directly with ancestors and spirits across multiple dimensions to reveal and release karmic patterns, restore soul memory, and reconnect with our deeper purpose and path.
Human Design is a personalized energetic blueprint created from your birth date, time, and location. It offers insight into how you are designed to make decisions, use your energy, relate to others, and recognize conditioning that may be pulling you away from your authentic nature.
No previous experience is necessary. Everything will be introduced and guided throughout the retreat. You only need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to meet what is ready to be seen.
The retreat is limited to eight participants, creating an intimate container for personalized attention, meaningful connection, and deep work.
Your investment includes accommodations from November 2 through 9, organic catered meals, Family Constellations and Human Design experiences, morning cacao, movement, meditation, sound healing, and the retreat activities described on this page.
Core retreat programming will take place as planned. Some additional outdoor activities and excursions depend on weather and local conditions and may be modified, rescheduled, or unavailable.
Are airfare and transportation included?
Airfare and transportation to and from Nosara are not included. We are happy to provide recommendations to help you plan your journey.
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with advance notice. Please share your needs during the discovery call and intake process. Because meals are prepared in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please discuss any serious allergies with us before reserving your place.
Your initial 50% deposit is non-refundable because it reserves one of only eight places and allows us to commit to retreat expenses.
If you can no longer attend, payments made beyond the initial deposit may be refunded if we are able to fill your place with another approved participant, less a $100 administrative fee. Registrations may not be transferred without prior written approval.
If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, all retreat payments will be refunded in full. Airfare, transportation, travel insurance, and other personal expenses cannot be reimbursed.
