Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to the questions most clients ask before booking a private session, joining a group, or entering a longer container.
Do I need to know my family history for a constellation to help?
No. Helpful context can support the process, but complete information is not required. Constellation work often reveals the shape of a pattern even when the factual history is incomplete or partially unknown.
Is this work therapy?
No. Family constellations are not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Many clients pair this work with therapy, coaching, or somatic support because the approaches can complement each other well.
How do I decide between a private session and a group event?
Private sessions are often the stronger choice when the topic feels highly personal, emotionally intense, or time-sensitive. Group events are ideal if you want the support of a collective field and are open to learning by witnessing others as well.
How to Prepare for Your Session
Come with a clear intention, an openness to what may emerge, and any family information you already know.
Beyond that, you don’t need to figure anything out in advance.
You don’t need to force insight.
The Field will reveal what is ready to be seen.
For Your 1:1 Zoom Session
Please have:
- • a quiet, uninterrupted space
- • a tabletop surface
- • Post-its (or small pieces of paper)
- • a pen
This allows you to fully participate in the Constellation as it unfolds.
How Long Does Integration Take?
It varies.
Some clients notice immediate relief or clarity.
Others experience more subtle changes over the days and weeks that follow, as your Field continues to reorganize.
Give yourself space after your session.
There is nothing you need to do or figure out.
Allow the movements to unfold in their own time.
What happens if I am not sure this is the right fit?
That is what the discovery call is for. It gives you space to describe what is happening, ask questions, and get practical guidance on the next best step without committing to a full session first.
