Carrying What Was Never Mine
I was a sensitive child, absorbing the emotions, tension, and unspoken pain of others. I was social and outgoing at school, but at home I struggled with self worth, periods of depression, and a loneliness I could not name. I believed something was wrong with me, and I kept searching for answers.
Over time, I turned to books, therapy, medication, and many forms of personal and transformational work. Yet the same patterns of depression, guilt, shame, fear, and limitation continued.
It was not until I discovered Family Constellation work that I began to understand why. These patterns did not begin with me. They had been passed down through my family through entanglements, loyalties, beliefs, and unresolved trauma. Out of love and unconscious loyalty, I was carrying what was never mine.
Accessing the Field through Constellations changed everything. As I began to release what was not mine and acknowledge what had come before me, something opened. I experienced freedom, wholeness, and parts of myself I did not even know were lost began to return.
I began to see the beliefs I had taken on from religion, society, and others, and they started to fall away. In their place, I reconnected with something deeper: my True Self, my Spirit Team, the Universe, and Source.
What once felt like something was wrong with me became the doorway to the work I now facilitate. What once felt like a burden became a resource, an entry point into a deeper intelligence within the Field, where real transformation, connection, and peace become possible.

Every session is a space where you are met exactly as you are, clear, grounded, and without force. Nothing to fix. Nothing to push.
When we meet in The Field, our souls and Spirit Teams are in collaboration, held in deep support.
My role is to guide you to the truth that has been unseen, where hidden dynamics, inherited patterns, and internal entanglements can surface and begin to reorganize toward balance and resolution.
As what has been hidden becomes visible, truth is revealed and your inner world begins to shift. You remember who you are. You remember where you come from.
Whether through one-on-one Constellations or group work, the intention is the same: to support you in reconnecting with yourself, your human and soul lineage, and the life that becomes available when you are no longer entangled with what is not yours.

Megan is based in Costa Rica, where the raw beauty of the land mirrors the depth and spaciousness of the work she facilitates.
While in-person sessions and group work are offered locally, most work happens online with clients around the world through sessions and containers that hold the same depth, presence, and intention.
