What is a Constellation?

A Constellation reveals hidden patterns that shape your emotions, relationships, and life direction — often outside of conscious awareness.

In a Constellation, we enter a deeper field of awareness where unseen emotional and systemic patterns can be revealed.

These patterns may come from family history, past experiences, or unconscious loyalties that quietly influence how we feel, relate, and move through life.

As what has been hidden becomes visible, the system naturally begins to reorganize toward balance, clarity, and wholeness.

Family Systemic Constellations

Constellation work is rooted in Family Systemic Constellations — an experiential approach that explores how family experiences and relationship dynamics can continue influencing us across generations.

Psychotherapist Bert Hellinger observed as “Orders of Love” in a family system- that when significant events in a family system — such as loss, trauma, exclusion, or unspoken grief — are not fully acknowledged, their emotional impact may continue to shape later generations in subtle but powerful ways.

These hidden dynamics can appear as repeating relationship patterns, emotional struggles, feelings of being stuck, or difficulty moving forward in life.

In a Constellation, we bring awareness to what has been unseen or unspoken.
As these dynamics are recognized, the system often begins to reorganize naturally — allowing greater clarity, connection, and flow.

Unresolved trauma in the Family System

    • Family member excluded
    • Baby, child, or adult dying young
    • A child given away for adoption
    • Past relationships or affairs being hidden or denied
    • Physical, emotional, sexual, or psychological abuse
    • Effects of war, violence, or premature death
    • Family secrets and unspoken trauma

Present-day family members may experience:

    • Addictions
    • Depression or anxiety
    • Mental, emotional, or physical illness
    • Self harm or suicide
    • Repeated patterns of trauma
    • Limitation
    • Energetic Burdens and entanglements

When these traumas, imbalances, and circumstances remain unresolved, their emotional impact can continue shaping the lives of future generations.

Often, what ails us did not start with us.

“Constellation work” and accessing “The Field” has origins in Family Systemic Constellations, founded by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger.  Hellinger observed in The Field while working with families what he termed The Orders of Love which are natural laws of family systems that if violated interrupt the free flow of love and have consequences in the family for future generations.

Examples of The Orders of Love:

  • Every member of the family has an equal right to belong.
  • Parents give and children receive.
  • There is a natural hierarchy in a family system.

Interruptions of The Orders of Love may be:

  • Exclusion of a family member in any way
  • If a baby, child, or adult died young & they were not mourned or talked about
  • If a child was given away for adoption & the child is not honored or if the adoptive parents do not acknowledge the biological parents
  • If previous important relationships or extra-marital affairs are not acknowledged
  • Physical, emotional, mental or psychological abuse
  • Effects of war and death
  • Hidden family secrets & trauma

When Family Experiences Echo Across Generations

People may feel deep confusion, heaviness, or powerlessness when they are unconsciously connected to unresolved experiences from the past.

Without realizing it, they repeat similar relationship patterns, carry emotional burdens that are not fully their own, or feel blocked in important areas of life.

Present-day family members may experience:

  • Addictions
  • Depression or anxiety
  • Mental, emotional, or physical illness
  • Self harm or suicide
  • Repeated patterns of trauma

Often, What Ails Us Did Not Begin With Us.

Healing the Inner Child & Younger Parts

Early experiences shape how we see ourselves and how safe we feel in the world.
When pain, fear, or overwhelm happens in childhood, parts of us can become “frozen” in that moment — still holding emotions, beliefs, and unmet needs from the past.

These younger parts do not disappear.
They can continue influencing our confidence, relationships, reactions, and life choices — often without our conscious awareness.

In a Constellation, we enter a deeper field of awareness to gently meet these parts where they are.
Through compassionate witnessing and systemic insight, hidden emotional patterns and limiting beliefs can begin to soften and release.

Together we give these younger parts a voice, see what was once unseen, hear what was never heard, and restore their connection to safety, belonging, and life.

As these parts are integrated, people feel lighter, clearer, more grounded, whole and complete, and able to move forward with greater freedom and presence.

Together we:

    • Give them their voice back—allowing them to speak what they couldn’t before.
    • See what wasn’t seen—bringing light to hidden truths.
    • Hear what wasn’t heard—validating their experience.
    • Restore their connection to Source—reuniting them with love, safety, and belonging.

As these parts are integrated, people feel lighter, clearer, more grounded, whole and complete, and able to move forward with greater freedom and presence.

If you recognize yourself in these patterns, a private Constellation session can help bring clarity to what is unfolding in your life.

1-on-1 Online Tabletop Constellations

A Tabletop Constellation is a way to access the Morphic Field virtually, working one-on-one with Megan.

You will identify key components of the issue—such as family members, emotions, past experiences, or unknown influences—and place them into the Field on small pieces of paper. As you connect with each component, you intuitively tune into its energy and information.

Through this process, hidden dynamics are revealed, family patterns are acknowledged, and Healing Sentences are spoken to restore wholeness, balance, and harmony.

Group Tabletop Constellations

Group Constellations allow you to experience powerful systemic healing within a shared field of awareness and support.

These sessions offer a powerful way to collaborate with each other and with our Spirit Teams. The collective energy creates a dynamic force for healing—benefiting yourself, others, your ancestors, future generations, and the Universe.

The Morphic Field offers ongoing open-topic Group Constellations as well as themed series workshops, such as Collaborating with Your Spirit Team, Meet Your Higher Self, and Plant Medicine Integration.

In-Person Group Constellations

In in-person workshops, participants gather in a supportive group setting where one person at a time explores a personal theme or life challenge.

Others may serve as representatives, tuning into the Field and revealing underlying relational or emotional dynamics.

Through guided movement, awareness, and healing sentences, what has been hidden can begin to come into balance — creating powerful shifts not only for the client, but often for the group as well.
